of a Customer's Expectation of Privacy
At NEIAS, we believe
the confidentiality and protection of client information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. While information is
critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our clients' trust. Thus, the
safekeeping of client information is an important priority for NEIAS.
Limitations on Employee Access to
Information
At NEIAS, employees
are required to follow a code of conduct which states that all client information is considered private and privileged and
is to be used solely for the purpose of providing service to the client. NEIAS' privacy policy is reviewed periodically with
employees. Because of the importance of these issues, all NEIAS employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of client information and employees who violate this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary measures.
Protection
of Information via Established Security Procedures
NEIAS recognizes that a fundamental element of maintaining effective client privacy procedures is to provide
reasonable protection against unauthorized access to client information. Therefore, NEIAS has established appropriate security
standards and procedures to guard access to client information.

Business Relationships
When NEIAS conducts business
with third parties, it requires vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally
identifiable client information provided to them.
