Collected Information
The information collected depends on the type of service you have selected. We
may collect “nonpublic personal information” about you. “Nonpublic personal information”
is information about you, which is not available from public sources, obtained in connection with providing you with a particular
service. We may collect this information from the following sources:
Information obtained from you through applications or other forms that have been completed
such as name, address, social security number, and asset data;

information that we collect about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom that information may be disclosed. Please
note that information may be provided to law enforcement or other governmental authority under court order in order to prevent
or prosecuting fraud, a subpoena, or if we believe that you have conducted illegal activities.
Recognition of a Customer's Expectation of Privacy
At NEIAS/AGS, we believe the confidentiality
and protection of client information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. While information is critical to providing
quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our clients' trust. Thus, the safekeeping of client
information is an important priority for NEIAS/AGS.
Limitations on Employee Access to Information
At NEIAS/AGS, employees
are required to follow a code of conduct which states that all client information is considered private and privileged and
is to be used solely for the purpose of providing service to the client. AGS' privacy policy is reviewed periodically with
employees. Because of the importance of these issues, all NEIAS/AGS employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of client information and employees who violate this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary measures.
Protection
of Information via Established Security Procedures
NEIAS/AGS recognizes that a fundamental element of maintaining effective client privacy procedures
is to provide reasonable protection against unauthorized access to client information. Therefore, NEIAS/AGS has established
appropriate security standards and procedures to guard access to client information.
Maintaining Customer
Privacy in AGS Business Relationships
When NEIAS/AGS conducts business with third parties, it requires vendors and suppliers to maintain
similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable client information provided to them.
Accuracy of Customer Information
We recognize that the accuracy
of your personal information is of critical importance. To that end, we follow procedures to reasonably ensure the accuracy
