Insured policy holders
Disaster
strikes and your home or business is gone.
Your first reaction is to call the Police, an adjuster and then file a claim with your insurance company.
That’s the logical
thing to do, however, remembering what you had, where and what you paid for it is difficult when under extreme stress. Your
focus is you and your family.
What we can do to help
· We can inventory the contents of your home or business
· We can place values on all possessions and items
· We can professionally appraise higher valued items such as antiques,

Your possessions, regardless of the value,
are of utmost importance to you and your loved ones. Everything needs to be replaced and you want to settle the claim efficiently

There are many companies that perform home
inventories, but very few include a certified valuation and appraisal. We have performed many inventory and appraisal services
for attorneys, insurance companies, adjusters, restoration companies and homeowners. We have done work for Liberty Mutual,
Vermont Mutual,The Travelers, Chartis, Amica and others. We also have performed dozens of estates for attorneys throughout
New England, adjusters, as well as historical societies.
Our
Inventory Service includes:

meet with you to assess and discuss what you would like inventoried. In addition, we will discuss any specific appraisals
you may want or need.
• Physical Inventory – we
perform a room-by-room detailed inventory and take digital photographs of items as specified by you. The inventory will
include a description, valuation*, and other information necessary to properly classify each item. Upon completion
of the physical inventory, we will list any warranty, appraisal, or related receipt information to the respective
item. In addition, a notation will be made if an item is on an insurance policy schedule and the value set by you, the owner.
•
Portfolio and
Documentation – A printed spreadsheet inventory and related pictures in a portfolio folder with a CD
ROM with all of the inventory information and pictures, (a back-up CD will be stored in a safe deposit box at a bank).
