Our
Inventory Service includes: •Initial Evaluation – a
face-to-face meeting to assess your current state of preparedness, and discuss what you would like inventoried. In addition,
we will discuss any specific appraisals you may want or need.
•Physical Inventory –
We perform a room-by-room detailed inventory and taking digital photographs of items as specified by you. The inventory
will include a description, and other information necessary to properly classify each item. Upon completion
of the physical inventory, we will list any warranty, appraisal, or related receipt information to the respective
item. In addition, a notation will be made if an item is on an insurance policy schedule and the value set by you, the owner.
•Portfolio and
Documentation – A printed spreadsheet inventory and related pictures in a portfolio folder. You will
also receive a CD ROM with all of the inventory information and pictures, (a back-up CD will be stored in a safe deposit
box at a bank). Our
Update Service includes: •Annual Review
and Inventory Update – 1
hour face-to-face consultation time to review and updating of your inventory lists for new additions and/or deletions as well
as take digital photographs of the related item(s) if needed.Finally, we will provide a CD ROM that reflects
the adjustments recorded.
•Secure backup and file storage •Secure backup and file storage – For clients that would like to have the added protection, we offer a CD storage capability,
which houses the information and scanned in copies of your vital documents.We will store a back-up CD ROM
in a bank safety deposit box.(Please note that the information will not be stored on a server or any device
that is accessible via the internet). *
Client Requirement: The Home Owner must be present at the time of inventory to assist in assigning estimated values to selected
items. Service
Notes: The Inventory Service and Update Service do not include a “Professional Appraisal" of any item(s), unless
otherwise stated. Values from an inventory are educated opinions only, unless otherwise stated.
Fees for Service
$650 - $2,500 depending on the size of the home. The average 2,500
sq ft home is about $750

Video
with comments - additional $75 - $200 (depending on size of home & time)
Discount Packages available - please call to discuss
Annual Update Service: $120 - $250. 1 hour face-to-face consultation time to review and update
