- January 19, 2012. Peter holds a successful joint seminar with Todd Lutsky (Estate Planning attorney) of Cushing & Dolan
PC, held at Wellesley Senior Center. Seminar was part of NAIPC Community Outreach program.
- January 2012. NEIAS had a great year. 2011 was the best year we
ever had, even with the bad economy. We anticipate that 2012 will be even better! We had some new clients that we were working
on for a while. It was nice to be of service to them. There will be some more changes this year, such as a new focus on the
Background checks and Monitoring services. We will be actively expanding this department as it proved fruitful last year.
Similar changes to the appraisal side will happen. A greater focus will be towards clients with collections. Visit us again
in a couple of months to see how we are doing.

HeritageAssist and it's website have been closed down due to restructuring by NEIAS.

2011. Peter Yvanovich is an official member of the American Association of Notaries.

2011. Peter has officially disbanded Resources for Seniors networking group. He was the President of the
group.
- August 2, 2011. We have undergone an official change of name from Atlantic
General Services, Inc. to New England Inventory & Appraisal Services, Inc. Please make all checks out to the new
name.
- August 2011. Peter is the new Outreach Coordinator for The National Aging in Place Council-Boston
Chapter.
- July 2011. NEIAS has partnered with Admiral Concierge of Salem, MA. Owner
Hannah Stringer will team up with us to serve the needs of our clients. Services include the organization and management

Inventory & Appraisal Services joins the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC) Boston Chapter. The National Aging in

- February 2011. Peter has booked 5 events in the Boston area for his Antiques
Roadshow style event.
- January 2011. Peter

- December 2010. Peter has been approved to be an expert for
Amica Insurance and The Travelers Insurance Co. in dealing with the inventory & appraisal of homes damaged by fires and
floods.
- December, 2010. Peter successfully performed his "Antiques Roadshow
style event" at 11 Assisted Living facilities throughout Massachusetts. Bookings are in place for Spring 2011.
- September, 2010. Bookings for "Antiques Roadshow style events by Peter Yvanovich" at
various Independent & Assisted Living facilities are being filled quickly. Make sure you call for your reservation. Peter
is booking right up to spring 2011.
- August, 2010. Peter has been accepted as
a Board Member of The Inventory Institute of Dallas, TX. His roles will include advising on rules and ethics,
and help with the formation of certification courses. He is also taking on the role of International Marketing Liason to expand
membership globally.
- August, 2010. Peter has been Certified as a Senior Certified
Home Inventory Professional (SCHIP) with The Inventory Institute of Dallas, TX.
- August,
2010. Peter has expanded his affiliate base, and is now a Marketing Associate for the Durkin Valuation Consultants of
Boston. Durkin Valuation is a prized appraisal firm that specializes in all aspects of appraisals.
- June, 2010. Due to the past successes of "Antiques Roadshow style
events by Peter Yvanovich" at various Independent & Assisted Living facilities, Peter has scheduled over 20
facilities going into the summer and fall seasons. See Roadshow events page.

NEIAS is engaging in talks with The Inventory Institute of Dallas, TX. Peter Yvanovich has been invited to be on the Board
of Advisors to help writing courses and governing the national standards. This is a grass- roots association intended for
the Home Inventory professional to obtain certification and knowledge of the industry. Courses will be offered with various

NEIAS has partnered with NextStage Associates, LLC, Laurie Nordman. The company provides downsizing, relocating,
organizing and home staging services in the metro west area and beyond. Specializing in senior moves, they are certified

- April, 2010. Peter Yvanovich is the official appraiser/valuer of household goods and
items for Furnishing Options of Marlborough, a non-profit program of Employment Options of Marlborough. Peter will work with
other volunteers to value items to be sold to support the on-going expenses of the organization.
- April 12, 2010. NEIAS participated in an Associate Member mini expo at the
monthly NAPO-NE meeting at Newton Senior Center. Many members stopped at our table to inquire mostly about our Home Inventory
services, appraisal services and background checks.
- March 30, 2010. Antiques Roadshow style event by Peter Yvanovich, SPA at Marlborough
Hills Healthcare Center, Marlborough, MA was a great success. About 40 people showed up despite a very rainy evening (during
flood season!). The event was televised by the Marlborough local TV station.
- March, 2010. NEIAS has partnered with The Next Move, LLC, Joyce Smith. The
company provides an array of moving and relocation services tailored to your specific needs in the Worcester area. They
